Our team provides a broad range of skills with specialists in financial reporting, taxation, management reporting, financial modelling, joint venture accounting and internal controls analysis.

Adam Bick is a chartered accountant with over a decade of accounting experience in the resources industry. He held senior roles as an auditor with Ernst & Young and KPMG, managing audits such as Woodside Energy Limited, Water Corporation, Western Metals Ltd, Coflexip Stena Offshore, PacMin Mining NL, BJ Services Company (Australia) Pty Ltd and ARC Energy Limited. Adam left the big 4 in 2003 and became Financial Controller of ARC Energy Limited before setting up this consultancy practise to use his extensive knowledge to help the development of other Australian resource companies.

Adam specialises in financial reporting, management reporting, joint venture accounting and internal controls analysis.

Greg has 13 years experience in corporate tax having spent 9 years with KPMG in Melbourne and 4 years in the resources industry. Greg is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws. Greg's experience in the resources industry include Group Tax Manager positions at Fortescue Metals Group and Equinox Minerals Limited as well as time in Papua New Guinea. He is currently in a commercial role on secondment with Equinox Minerals at its Lumwana mine in Zambia.

Greg is ADB's Taxation Director and specialises in both areas of corporate and indirect taxation.

Usha Jamieson is a chartered accountant with a Masters in Information Technology. Usha has a strong resources background with significant international experience spending several years working in the United Arab Emirates and India. In Australia Usha has worked for nearly a decade as a business analyst and operations accountant with Henry Walker Eltin and Business Systems Development Manager with Monadelphous Engineering Group.

Usha specialises in financial modelling, joint venture accounting, accounting information systems and accounting systems implementation.

Kate Ceglinski is a chartered accountant with over a decade of experience in the resources industry. She began her career as a site accountant at Argyle Diamonds and Normandy Mining before specialising in accounting information systems. Kate has spent nearly a decade as a financial consultant both directly to resource companies such as Fortescue Metals Group, ARC Energy, Australian Worldwide Exploration, CP Mining, Adelphi Energy and Buru Energy as well as consulting roles with Globe Software and Eclipse Computing. During that time Kate has provided project management, system design, implementation and after sales help desk support to many resource companies.

Kate specialises in accounting information systems development and implementation.

Evelyn Wong has been a CPA for over a decade with experience as an external auditor with the WA Office of the Auditor General, internal auditor at the University of Western Australia then specialising in the medical industry. Evelyn brings a strong depth of overall accounting knowledge to the company and to our clients.

Evelyn specialises in management reporting and accounting information systems.

Emma Tregurtha is also a chartered accountant. As an auditor with KPMG Emma gained significant experience dealing with ASX listed entities before further developing her skills as a business analyst in the retail industry.

Emma specialises in financial reporting and management reporting.
