Fortescue Metals Group Ltd
Fortescue is the New Force in Iron Ore and has become one of the world's leading producers of iron ore. Since the Company was formed in 2003, its extraordinary growth has been unparalleled. Listed in the S&P/ASX top 20 share index, since its first shipment in May 2008 Fortescue has firmly established itself as one of the world's largest producers and sea-borne traders of iron ore.
ADB has been consulting to Fortescue since July 2006 writing all of Fortescue's annual, half-yearly and quarterly financial reports since then; providing group financial controller and commercial manager full-time functions; systems implementation and other accounting advice as required.

Oilex Ltd
Oilex is an oil and gas exploration, development and production company that listed on the ASX on 24 October 2003. Oilex currently has interests in oil and gas permits in the Cambay, Bhandut and Sabarmati Fields in Gujarat State, India, Block 56 in Oman, Timor Leste, offshore South Australia and the North West Shelf of Western Australia. Oilex has joint venture partners in all of the permits in which it currently has an interest and is operator of over half of the permits.
ADB provides strategic development assistance for the finance function, financial reporting, taxation compliance and management reporting support to Oilex.

Buru Energy Limited
Buru Energy Limited is an Australian ASX listed company focussed on exploring and developing petroleum resources. The Company aims to successfully explore for and develop the petroleum resources of the Canning Basin, in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
ADB provided a completely outsourced finance function, providing CFO, financial accounting, systems implementation and the accounts payable function.

ARC Energy Limited
ARC Energy was one of Australia's pre-eminent energy companies, owning and operating oil and gas interests in the Perth and Canning Basins and internationally in Yemen. ARC was a member of the ASX 200 with a market capitalisation of approximately A$400 million until its takeover in 2009.
ADB provided financial reporting, taxation compliance and management reporting support to ARC from May 2006 until completion of the takeover.

ADELPHI ENERGY LIMITED
Adelphi is an ASX listed oil and gas exploration company focused in persuing and acquiring high impact oil and gas exploration and production opportunities. Adelphi currently has interests in the Timor Sea, onshore USA and in Yemen.
